Client Web Portal Update: IMPORTANT (2020/07/23)

As of August 1, 2020 the Federal mandate to provide additional demographic information is mandatory FOR ALL Clinical labs in the US providing COVID-19 testing. ALL COVID-19 orders must be ordered electronically and the Client Web Portal will be updated to include all required fields for COVID-19 tests ordered as required by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC). Training will be provided via video and in person from a HealthTrackRx Representative. The GO-LIVE date for the Client Web Portal enhancements originally scheduled for Monday July 27, 2020 will be delayed until further notice.
